About our lecturer

David Napoli has over 40 years’ experience in establishing, operating and growing businesses. David's leadership and management change programs, developed over several years, provided the inspiration for his book, “Organizational Jazz”.

"Organizational Jazz concerns extraordinary performance in the workplace through extraordinary leadership - an issue for every business in today's economic climate”.

More than 6000 people across Australia have attended his 5-day residential "Extraordinary Leadership Program" which, many said, changed their lives. David is also Managing Director of investment group Quattro Investments Pty Ltd and consults to business. He is a senior Fellow at the Graduate School of Business, Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia, where he has taught on the Master of Leadership and Management (MLM) and Master of Future Studies (MFS). He has a particular interest in challenging business leaders to decide whether they are really interested in extraordinary business performance or whether they merely seek the fantasy of external control. David has a passion for searching for new responsive ways in which our institutions can better meet the changing needs of our modern society.

David likes to challenge the status quo and traditional thinking and believes technology is driving a new focus on trust and care and works with the relationship between technology and social shifts and the implications for organisations.

Clients served include several of Australia’s largest mining companies, manufacturers, transport and logistics, engineering services, statutory authorities, government departments and leading not for profit organisations.
