SEA Marches with Pride

Subsea Energy Australia took part in the annual Pride Parade on Saturday night, 24th of November, marching to support our colleagues, friends and family from the LGBTQI+ community, embracing the theme of the Pridefest 2018, ‘Together’. It was an evening full of colour, with an atmosphere of community, celebration and diversity.

As part of Subsea Energy Australia’s diversity & inclusion program, WAVE (We All Value Equality), we are committed to supporting our members, and in turn their families, friends and the community.

Pride WA has been part of the WA community since 1989. The Pride Community includes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer (LGBTIQ), other people of diverse sexuality and gender, and their supporters. Subsea Energy Australia supports Pride WA’s mission and recognises that collective strength lies in diversity and the willingness to embrace, respect and celebrate the differences that exist within the communities in which we live and work.
