Paul completed the Company Directors Course through the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2015 and in addition to being the Chairman at Subsea Energy Australia he is a Board Member at Duncraig Senior High School and an Expert Energy Advisor for the WA Defence Review. Paul has previously served on the Board of Governors at the Energy Club of WA (formerly the Petroleum Club of WA) and spent two years as the President. He was also the Chairman at zero2hero, held several other board roles in the Not-for-Profit space, and provided advice and mentorship to a number of SME businesses.

With over 20 years of experience from different jurisdictions, Nick provides strategic commercial advice and is a skilled negotiator. He has led the negotiations on many recognisable national and international projects. Nick also draws on his practical skills and comprehensive industry knowledge obtained through his in-house roles (including commercial and general counsel experiences) and various Board positions to add real value to his clients.
